개인정보 처리방침

이 서비스는 계정이 없고, 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 그래서 이 서비스가 털려도 가져갈 것이 없습니다. 이름도 연락처도 주소도 우리 쪽에 없습니다.

다만 이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열리는데, 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 우리 페이지에 자동으로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라서 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 뒀습니다. 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다. 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어서, 무슨 일이 있는지 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적어 둡니다. 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.

• 서버가 받는 익명 사용 신호는 이렇습니다: 단계 이름(방문, 항목 조회, 출처 링크 누름, 다른 항목으로 이동, 공유, 첫 입력), 화면 언어, 우리가 우리 링크에 적어 둔 유입 라벨 (링크에 들어 있는 짧은 단어를 되읽는 것이고, 브라우저가 주는 리퍼러가 아닙니다), 그리고 오신 날짜(연월일까지, 시각은 없습니다). IP 주소와 기기 정보(User-Agent), 쿠키, 리퍼러는 읽지 않습니다.
• 어떤 항목을 봤는지, 어느 출처 링크를 눌렀는지는 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 단계 이름 하나만 갑니다.
• 이 앱에는 로그인도, 글을 쓰는 자리도, 제보 창구도, 파일을 올리는 기능도 없습니다. 브라우저에는 같은 단계를 두 번 세지 않기 위한 표시만 남고, 그 표시는 탭을 닫으면 사라집니다.
• 위 신호는 단기 서버 로그로만 쓰이며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 운영비를 대려고 구글 애드센스 광고를 실을 수 있고, 이 경우 구글이 광고를 위해 쿠키나 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있습니다(구글 정책을 따릅니다).
• 항목의 출처 링크를 누르면 그 기관의 사이트로 이동합니다. 그다음부터는 그쪽의 방침이 적용됩니다.
• 기록 삭제는 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제로 끝납니다. 서버에 남는 개인 기록이 없습니다.

사업자 정보와 문의처는 사업자등록 후 이 자리에 게시합니다.

편집 원칙

• 이 도감은 이미 공식적으로 확정되었거나 확정적으로 반증된 것만 싣습니다. 우리가 새로 제기하는 주장은 없습니다.
• 항목마다 주장 한 줄과 시작된 자리, 지금 판정, 1차 출처, 확인일, 출처 등급을 함께 싣습니다. 판정이 확정이면 출처는 공식 기록이어야 합니다.
• 살아 있는 사람의 실명은 싣지 않습니다. 현존 기업과 현직 정치인, 지금 치러지는 선거, 지금의 보건 문제, 기후, 그리고 어떤 집단을 배후로 지목하는 이야기도 다루지 않습니다.
• 공식 기록 안에서도 결론이 갈리는 사안은 미확인으로 두고, 그 경우 주장 요약을 길게 쓰지 않습니다.
• 어느 기관의 문서도 본문을 옮기지 않고 링크로만 보냅니다. 출처의 이용 조건을 읽고 그에 맞춰 만들었습니다.
• 사실과 다른 부분을 발견하시면 정정을 요청하실 수 있습니다(문의처는 사업자등록 후 게시). 근거가 확인되면 판정과 확인일을 함께 고칩니다.

Privacy Policy

There are no accounts, and we collect nothing that can identify you.

This site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects a visit logging script into our pages by itself. We did not add it, so the browser is instructed to refuse it, and that record never leaves. The tag is still inserted upstream, and it seems better that you know. No cookie is used.

• The server receives anonymous usage signals only: step names (visit, view an entry, follow a source link, move to another entry, share, first input), interface language, the channel label we wrote into our own link (a short word carried in the link itself, not the browser referrer), and the date you arrived (day only, no clock time). We do not read IP addresses, device information, cookies, or referrers.
• Which entry you opened, and which source link you followed, are not sent. Only a single step name is.
• There is no sign-in, no place to write, no submission form and no file upload in this app.
• These signals live in short-term server logs only and are never shared with third parties. If advertising is switched on, a third-party cookie notice appears in the Korean section above.
• Deleting your browser site data removes everything on your side; no personal record exists on the server.

Editorial principles

• This site carries only what has been officially established or conclusively refuted. We make no claims of our own.
• Every entry shows the claim, where it started, where it stands, its primary sources, the date checked and the source tier. An entry marked established must rest on an official source.
• We do not name living individuals, and we leave out companies that still trade, serving politicians, current elections, current health questions, the climate, and any story that points at an ethnic or religious group.
• Where the official record itself is split we mark the entry open and keep the summary of the claim short.
• We do not reproduce source texts. We link to them, in line with each institution's terms of use.
